Aspen

Ever since watching "Dumb and Dumber" as a kid, I have always wanted to see the historic, rich town of Aspen. It snowed the day we were there which helped us to get even more in the Colorado winter spirit.

What To Do

Dean's Aspen Tours

For Marie's birthday, we learned the history of Aspen with the Glimpse of Aspen Tour. It helped us to acclimate to the town, and gave us ideas of how to keep ourselves busy while on vacation. Dean was great and he personalized the tour based off of what we were interested in.

Aspen Art Museum

Dean recommended we go to the Aspen Art Museum since we are into history and art. We spent about 1.5 hours at this museum, which at the time was showcasing art by Andy Warhol, and gave us more insight to his life and legacy.

Mezzaluna

For Marie's birthday dinner, we ate at Mezzaluna. Be sure to plan ahead for dinner whenever you are in a ski town in the winter! We were glad we did.
