The east coast of Delaware has a variety of beach scenes with Rehoboth, Lewes, Dewey, and Bethany. I’ve been to Dewey Beach every year for the past ten years and have enjoyed its less-crowded beach areas, and the beach bar concerts in the evenings. See below for more on Dewey!
