Northwest Washington

Northwest Washington has stolen my heart… it was like something was calling me to San Juan Island. This was the most magical place I have ever been! I did all three of these in a weekend, and it just kept getting better and better. The Tulip Festival is the only time-sensitive event listed here as the flowers bloom in April.
